Reflections, repetition, and the geometric music of modern skyscrapers.
A study commissioned by an architecture practice for their decade retrospective. The work focuses on a single facade across all four seasons, treating the building as a single subject for an extended photographic essay.
THE PROCESS
The same building, four hundred different ways.
Different weather, different sun angles, different times of day — yet the geometry never changed. The project's premise was that what we call 'architecture' is in fact a year-long performance the building does with the sky.
